Overview:
The RN delivers quality, patient-centered care by following individualized nursing plans, supervising LPNs, CNAs, and orientees, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. This role emphasizes patient and employee safety, communication, and positive team collaboration.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification - required.
• ACLS Certification - required
• Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience.
• Strong patient safety focus, teamwork, and communication skills.
