Our Float Pool units are fast-paced units that include high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Float Pool leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member.
Patient Population: Float Pool floats to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and PCU
Patient Ratios: Vary by unit
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
License/Certification
1+ years of US experience as an RN
2+ years of MedSurg/Tele experience in an acute care setting with inpatients in a hospital setting
Float Pool experience highly desired, but not required
RN - Registered Nurse
BLS - Basic Life Support.
